The Clinics aim to provide participants with a week full of action and fun, always interacting with the sea in surf-related modalities!

Each day includes 1 Surf lesson with all the necessary equipment included (board, leash, wax and wetsuit) and in the afternoon we provide a range of activities including Sand board, Snorkelling, Skateboarding, Skimming and Surftrips, always assuring a full, great day!

(!) The order of the activities will be determined on a weekly basis according to the sea and weather conditions.
(!!) Subject to booking by 19h, on Thursday of the previous week, and for a maximum of 12 pupils per week.

This programme aims to prepare the pupils so that, by the end of the course, they will have acquired the basic necessary skills to be able to surf safely and progress on their own.
In other words, by the end of the beginner’s course, pupils should be able to look at the sea, choose the safest and best place to surf, catch waves safely and stand up without any support or assistance.

During the first lessons of the beginner’s course, the monitors will teach the basic principles of surf such as the sea’s condition, currents, safety in the water, equipment, rowing, sitting, etc. All of this in a logical sequence so that pupils learn in a correct and easier way.

Age Group:
From 6 to 66!

This programme aims to perfect the various technical components of surf such as, making the most of the waves, style, competition tactics, rules and an initiation to competition with video filming during the training sessions and tests.

Guincho Surf School has launched a new package of lessons with transport service for pupils included!
Now you can go from school to surf and then home, or from home to surf and then school according to your schedule, in the morning (9:30/10h) or in the afternoon (14/15h), once a week. This service is limited to the Cascais area and to groups of a maximum of 4 to 5 pupils.
Classes will take place at Guincho or any other of the Estoril or Carcavelos beaches, according to sea conditions. All the necessary equipment is included. Come and have a go!
